Presentation transcript:

Journal Entry #7 Date CHOOSE A WORD OR PHRASE that inspires you to write today. Write this on your journal page in an artistic way so that it shows emotions and feelings. Write, draw, doodle, list whatever is on your mind. Have fun with this journal page. Let your mind guide you. According to the article “The Benefits of Journaling for Stress Management”: Journaling decreases the symptoms of asthma, arthritis, and other health conditions. It improves cognitive functioning. It strengthens the immune system, preventing a host of illnesses. It counteracts many of the negative effects of stress. Journaling may lead you to your ridiculously successful future! When you are done, count your words (title included) and write the word count in the bottom right corner of your page. WC 129
