The World Conservation Union Aim A step in efforts to form a practical plan of action for AQM in Pakistan; Special focus on integrated traffic management; and Highlight air quality related issues and develop a framework to combat air pollution in Karachi, with a focus on transport sector.

The World Conservation Union Objectives Assess the current air quality management scenario in Karachi; Share and learn from AQM experiences of other Pakistan’s cities and countries; Identify possible interventions for addressing air pollution in Pakistan; and Raise awareness on AQM issues through effective operationalization of multisector networks such as the Karachi Clean Air Committee, Lahore Clean Air Commission, and Pakistan Clean Air Network.
