What’s wrong? Betty has the flu. Health advice: See a doctor and take medicine.

What’s the problem? I have sore eyes. Advice: You should see a doctor.

How are you feeling today? I have a terrible cold ! Health advice: Get some rest, see a doctor, drink hot liquids, get vitamin C and eat chicken soup.

Are you all right? No, I have a stomachache. What do I do? You should see a doctor and don’t eat fast food.

What’s the problem? I have a running nose. Advice: Why don’t you see a doctor?

What’s the matter? I have a backache. Health advice: Get some rest and see a doctor.

Doctor, how to stay healthy? Eat the right foods, fresh fruits and vegetables, along with whole grains and protein. You need to avoid highly fatty and greasy foods and you should also avoid too much sugar and caffeine. You make sure that you get 30 minutes of exercise every day.
