1.Placement of support base for 70 degree-dipole magnet(D) ・ Support base for 70 degree-dipole magnet(D) should be placed horizontally with a spirit level, and the virtual beam line on support base should be aligned on HKS beam line.

2.Placement of support base for quadrupole magnet(Q1,Q2) ・ Support base for quadrupole magnet(Q1,Q2) should be placed horizontally with a spirit level, and the virtual beam line on support base should be aligned on HKS beam line.

3.Placement of Q1,Q2 and D magnet(lower part) ・ In a similar way as in the factory, the lower part of 70 degree-dipole magnet(D) should be assembled on the basis of the virtual beam line. ・ The lower part of quadrupole magnet(Q1,Q2) should be assembled on the basis of holes reamed on the magnetic pole end of the D magnet.

4.Temporarily set of Vacuum duct ・ The vacuum duct and the vacuum chamber should be temporarily set on these lower parts of Q1,Q2 and D magnets. ・ The vacuum chamber should be decided to position with its spacers and marking used at assembling in the factory.

5.D magnet pole assembling, leak test ・ The vacuum duct should be removed from Q1,Q2 magnet, the upper pole of D magnet should be assembled, and the gap dimensions of the pole should be checked. ・ A blank flange should be attached to the flange by the beam upstream side of the vacuum chamber and the extension chamber should be attached to the flange by the beam downstream side.

6.Assembly of D magnet and the upper part of Q1,Q2 magnet, magnetic field measurement ・ The extension chamber should be removed, and assembling of the remaining upper part of D magnet should done. ・ The blank flange should be removed, and the magnetic field measurement instrument should be set to a pole end, and the upper part of Q1, Q2 magnet should be assembled.

7.Placement of the vacuum duct,the vacuum box, extension chamber,whole height adjustment ・ After carrying out magnetic field measurement, again, the upper part of Q1, Q2 magnet should be disassembled, and the vacuum duct and extension chamber should be assembled according to the vacuum chamber. ・ According to the beam line, the whole height adjustment should be made by fluctuating the support base which combined Q1,Q2 and D magnet.
