What do Russians eat during the holidays?

 They eat from December 31 st January 10 th.  There feast is called the Meal Feast.

 They eat sauerkraut, onion rings, fruit pies, honey bread, cookies, fresh, fruit, nuts, pies, beef, and salads  Their deserts are fruit pies, honey bread cookies,fresh dried fruit.  They eat shredded carrots, and ginger bread.  They also eat cabbage, potato,and mushroom.

Do they have a Santa Claus in Russia?

 Babushka means grandmother in Russian.  The story of Babushka was probably created by an American poet or writer called Edith Matilda Thomas in  Babushka had the cleanest cabin.  She wear cleaning clothes when she is cleaning.  Her son died so she had a lot of toys in her cabinet.  She met a wise men on her way to see Jesus.  Babushka miss the birth of baby Jesus.  Babushka was very sad that she had miss baby Jesus.  Babushka is still looking for baby Jesus.  Babushka is a legend that has been told to the children.
