Positive findings: Management commitment is very good. Training process is managed according to the requirements (legislative requirements, requirements of the customers and management) The internal audits are made to find all potential risks and impulses for improvement (results of QMS and EMS). Procedures and work instructions are described in sufficient details People use the personal protective equipment Requirements regarding the First Aid are met Protection of environment at good level Maintenance of the equipment has preventive nature Inspections are made regularly

Negative findings: I have no negative experience from the process of assessment. I thing it is normal. Reason for it is the fact, that these „my“ assessed companies wanted something to do for itself, for better cooperation with customers. And if somebody wants to do it is much better than somebody has to do it.
