EXPIRED LEASE REPORT As of June 1, 2011, FIMS reports  44 expired leases  17 trailer leases  2 land leases  25 building leases  Expiration Dates extend from 12/31/10 to 5/31/11  15 expired by 12/31/10  8 expired by 1/31/11  6 expired by 3/31/11  4 expired by 4/30/11  6 expired by 5/31/11  5 expired over 1 year ago

EXPIRED LEASE REPORT  What are your processes for identifying expiring leases?  Does the CRS monitor progress all expiring leases?  When do FIMS coordinators become alerted of a change? Concern is over lack of “real time” data on leases.  Improvement has been outstanding over the last year.  200 leases were identified as expired in FIMS  As of 10/1/2010, the expiring lease report had been reduced to 168  NOW, there are only 44 o GOAL by July 1, 2011 – 0 expired leases.
