Present the EMAS challenges for recruiting individuals from BME backgrounds Gain feedback and learn from the group to help EMAS move the BME agenda forward. Aims of today:
Community Engagement Attending careers events Giving first aid lessons to different groups & carer groups Supporting festivals/celebrations Working with our stakeholders – Recent Healthwatch visit
