Partial Payments by If your customers are like most customers, they sometimes experience budget constraints, shared expenses, multiple payment methods (combination of cards) and other challenges that make it difficult to always pay the whole bill amount on the same day by one method. Partial Payments by PayClix is an option your utility district can choose to make life a little easier. Partial Payments by PayClix gives your utility the same safeguards as all our other options. On each and every partial transaction, on-line, by call-in, or by IVR, partial payment… customers are required to acknowledge that the payment they are making is a partial payment only and that the rest of the payment is due on time and in the full remaining amount Customers log in or call-in just as they would for a full payment. Your customers opt for a partial payment and then agree to make a full payment before the final due day. Your customers are charged for each transaction. No additional charge for the extra service. At no additional cost to you or your customer… really!

For more information on how to add on any of ReConnect ReStart Partial Payments by at no additional cost contact us at PayClix ( ) or And now… All On-line payments Call-in payments & IVR payments are available to your customers services En Español
