Mac users: 1) Double Click on Macintosh HD icon on desktop. 2) Find “Library” folder and give "write" permissions to "Library" folder as specified below. Right click on "Libraries" folder --> click on "Get Info" --> Library Info window is opened --> Under "Sharing & Permissions", give write permissions to it.

3) Double click on “Libraries” folder to find "Internet Plugins" folder and give write permissions to this folder as specified above. 4) Double click on “Internet Plugins to find "JavaAppletPlugin.Plugin" folder and give write permissions to this folder as specified above. 5)\Right click on “JavaAppletPlugin.Plugin” folder and click on “show package contents”. 6) Double click on “JavaAppletPlugin.plugin” to find "Contents" folder and give write permissions to this folder as specified above. 7) Double click on “Contents” folder to find "Home" folder and give write permissions to this folder as specified above. 8) Double click on” Home” to find "Lib" folder and give write permissions to this folder as specified above. 9) Double click on” Lib” to find "Security” folder and give write permissions to this folder as specified above. 10) Double click on” Security” folder and give write permissions to "cacerts" file in this folder. 11) Right click on “cacerts” file, click on “show original” then give write permissions to cacerts. Once it is done, please access the Triniti Portal in a new browser. After accessing, if you wish you can undo your security settings for java folder hierarchy.

Even after gave permissions if it is asking for give permissions to Java_Home in maverick in safari 7 browser please follow the below steps. Go to safari--->Preferences--->Security tab--->Internet-Plugins. Find below screenshot.. Click on Manage Website Settings. It will open new window with plugins list on left and corresponding websites which use those plugins to open on right side. Click on java plugin and in websites list click on Triniti Portal URL.

Click on “Allow” option beside Portal URL. Select “Run in Unsafe Mode”. It will prompt user to Trust this website. Click on Trust. Then close the safari browser. Now accesses Triniti portal again. Now you can able to login without any issues.
