Timeline January 28 – PROJECTED release date for all aspects of the interim assessment February 2 – Grades 3 rd -6 th discuss assessments options and begin testing Once window opens, it does not close Teachers use results to design instruction April 27-Summative Assessments begin

Assessment Blueprints Two types of interim assessments: 1. Interim Comprehensive Assessments (ICAs) English language arts/literacy (ELA) test and performance task Mathematics test and performance task 2. Interim Assessment Blocks (IABs) There are between 5 and 17 IABs per grade and content area
