Evaluation questionnaires on the experimented methodology (by the students and the teachers) Implementation, in each country involved in the project, of a report on the experimentation outcome on the basis of a uniform index (so as to facilitate the collection of data for the drawing up of the final summary report) National conferences held by the students about the outcome of the experimentation “Students disseminate outcome” Experimentation in the Schools

OutcomesWhoWhen REPORT ON THE EXPERIMENTATION National reports and the final synthesis report are the conclusive documents of the project and will be a detailed analysis of all steps in the experiment in order to identify elements of strength and possible critical points  Uniform index so as to facilitate the data collection for the drawing up of the final report. The main dissemination arrangements and systems for the spreading of information and of the project outcomes in the EUCLIDES project are: WhatHowWho E-Library Repository in the website that contains the products realized during the project phases and that is continually updated about the innovative educational methodologies and the experimentations in Europe The partners are asked to continue sending to the coordinator links to interesting PBL and Scientific websites, documents, video, to implement the E-Library Continuously updated 4th Newsletter A brief description of the experimentation in each country Each partner provides the contents, that are reviewed by the coordinator. 15th July

OPPORTUNITY TO INFORM NATIONAL MEDIA (TELEVISION, NEWSPAPERS) WHATHOWWhen National meetings and seminars With headmasters and teachers of the Institutes to be involved in the experimentation in each partner country. (Support documentation to be attached to the 2nd Interim Report) In progress News releases and conferences To inform international, national and local mass media about dissemination of the project activities, such as national conferences and open working tables. These will be videotaped and diffused through the website. Each partner will diffuse advertising material (brochures, posters, informative leaflets...) in each partner language and in English about Bridging Insula Europae and the reached results. National conferences to present the results. During all the project activities Publication of the project results in specialized and non-specialized local and foreign journals These will get wider audience of potential users and of audience interested in the educational innovation all around Europe.

FINAL CONFERENCE – Spain on 21 September 2009 (to be confirmed) The foreseen dissemination activities are addressed to a more general diffusion, also to the wider public. National conference in each partner country in order to diffuse results  June – October 2009
