Key Tips:  Record everything you eat and drink each day for four days  Remember to include at least one weekend day in your recording  Record the time when food/beverages are consumed

 Record the date at the top of each page  Be as detailed as you can when recording food/beverages consumed  It is important to record the amount of food/beverages consumed for each day  There are no right or wrong answers and you will not be judged on your answers

1 light bulb = ½ cup ½ cup of rice and mashed potatoes

1 deck of cards = 3 oz 3oz of meat ½ cup carrots 1 medium baked potato
