March 31, Review Objectives Have the appropriate systems been established for the storage and management of the NCSX documents and records specified in the NCSX Documents and Records Plan? Do these systems provide an appropriate level of protection from change and protection from damage, loss, and deterioration, as required by P-015? Do these systems provide an appropriate level of access to the documents and records so that NCSX personnel and suppliers can obtain current and accurate information in a timely fashion?
