2015 YPC Teams YPC has 4 teams  AIAA Strategy Team – Serving as the YP voice to the institute, and relaying institute changes and needs to the other teams.  Development Team – Serving YP's professional development needs and communicating opportunities in a timely manner  Engagement Team – Communicating the perspectives and desires of the YP community and relaying institute changes and opportunities to YPs, regions and sections.  Networking Team – Helping YPs build a sustainable professional network 3

Strategy Team Working with international group, Space Generation Advisory Council (SGAC) to collaborate on common endeavors to tie into YPC  Possible combined international event next year. Targeting SPACE 2016  Link SGAC members to YPC members/Teams too coordinate Update YPC Strategic Plan Update YPC Charter Development Team Developing YP event database  Capture events at the local level for engaging YPs  information included as a package for new members and local chapters to help them plan similar events Solicitation for inputs to database disseminated in July Event planning guide with best practices and tips for YP event planning Challenge to plan a “test case” engagement event Creating subject-targeted newsletters Developing a YP “reasons to attend” conference pamphlet Reasons to attend for discussions with management (ex. leadership, mentoring, interact with other professionals, etc.) 4 Team Updates

Engagement Team Have established and grown AIAA YP social media presence (Facebook, Twitter, etc.)  Dedicated team members covering each AIAA Forum  Steady increase in membership Creation of Engagement Flyers detailing how to connect with the YPC- being handed out at Forums Working with other YPC teams to disseminate relevant information Help Needed: Increase presence on main AIAA webpage Networking Team 5 Target Opportunities 1. Forum Participation  Travel Grants for YPs  Software Training at Forums 2. Virtual Events  Hybrid RM Session 2016 P&E 3. Webinars / Seminars  Professionals Teach YP’s 4.
