The Four Streams of Youth Facilitator Engagement The four streams are: Facilitation skills, social activism, self-awareness and leadership. Introduced during the initial program orientation, all the streams are woven throughout the youth facilitator training.
Inspire Adult facilitators have the opportunity and responsibility to inspire the youth team through their passion for this work, their self-awareness, and their skill.
