Report Generator New Microsoft Reports have two sections: Filter controls Print control box One report can provide various views using filters, including selection of one or all of the following criteria depending on report type: Specific Units of Measure (key program indicators) Specific Channels of Distribution Sort Order Single Year or across several years Filter Controls Printing Controls
Printing Reports All reports must be exported to be printed Use Select a format drop down field to choose: Adobe Acrobat pdf format or Excel xls format Click on Export hyperlink to convert report to requested file format. Either Open file or Save to your computer to print. Collapse Control Panel Zoom Control Refresh Screen Search
Document Map Use the document map of the report to jump to specific sections quickly Use the + sign to view the service details within service type headings.
Service Stats Matrix Purpose: Provide an overview of all services data reported by the Association over 3-5 years. Useful for assessing overall program performance over time. This report includes graphs: Line graph new users to MA clinics over 5 years Line graph CYP trend over 4 years Pie chart – proportion of CYP by method Line graph – SRH services over 5 years Line graph – non SRH services over 5 years
Service Stats Matrix Tables of data including quantities & pct change Table 1 – Number of New users to MA clinics by method over 5 years Table 2 – Number of Contraceptive items provided by method over 5 years Table 3a – CYP Achievement by method over 5 years Table 3b – CYP Achievement by channel over 5 years Table 4a – Total contraceptive services, FP & EC counseling over 5 years Table 5 – Number of SRH services by services type over 3 years (expands to service details level) Table 6 – Number of non-SRH services by service type over 3 years (expands to service detail level)

Service Stats by Unit of Measure Purpose: to examine results for all key program indicators by service type within a specific channel of distribution Select a channel of distribution (COD) Select an annual report year (AR) Indicate if you want to see prior year results (Previous Yr History) No = display the AR Year selected above (default) Yes = display AR Year and three prior year Choose the order in which the data will be sorted (Show By)

Service Stats by Channel of Distribution Purpose: To analyze results of a specific key program performance indicator across all channels of distribution for one or more years. Select a Unit of Measure (UOM) New User, Services, Items Provided, Referrals Select a Transaction Year = Annual Report Year Indicate if you would like to see several years of History per Service Type No = report displays Transaction Year selected Yes = report displays for each Service Type selected Transaction Years & prior three years

Service Stats by Channel & Location Purpose: Examine changes in number of service delivery points by channel and general location (urban, rural, peri-urban) over time. Select Transaction Year = Annual Report Year Use + or – to expand or collapse number of years displayed
