GLAST LAT Project Telemetry and Command Handbook Format 1 T&C Handbook Format  Spectrum T&C handbook is in the form of reports output from database contents stored in Microsoft Access.  Three appendices  Commands  Telemetry  Discrete enumeration data for telemetry, listed by discrete conversion name  ITOS system at MOC will build an HTML web-based report from ITOS flat files, which can be used to browse database contents

GLAST LAT Project Telemetry and Command Handbook Format 2 Commands  Each Command (grouped by APIDs) includes  APID  Function code  Telecommand mnemonic  Command description (including any telemetry verifiers)  Command parameter subfields  Descriptions  Data type (data type name and length)  Range

GLAST LAT Project Telemetry and Command Handbook Format 3 Commands Mnemonic Description Telemetry APID Funct Code Subfield Data type Description Range: Example (with “made-up” info): LFSUPLCOMMIT Commits a file Telemetry: LHKCOUNTER (UB) # of files committed will increment by one LHKVERIFY (UB) # of files that failed verification 0x641 2FILEFLAGS US16File Commit Flags range: FILEIDUI32File Storage ID range: LATUNITUS16LAT Unit ID range: 0 - 2

GLAST LAT Project Telemetry and Command Handbook Format 4 Telemetry  For each telemetry packet:  APID  Included telemetry parameter mnemonics  Data placement within packet  Data type  Conversion identifier (if applicable) (not really sure what this is)  Description
