(Examples: Definitions, Answers, etc.)  Print out the slides and glue the papers back to back.  Put the side with the sideways words facing you, and fold on line (hot dog style).  Cut along the dotted lines on the front part only.  Open the flaps to find answers, definitions, pictures, etc.
