Instructions for saving and installing your RISSNET certificate ( 3)

Save your certificate to your desktop Use the procedures required by your client to save your certificate. The “Save Attachment” dialog box opens. Navigate to the desktop and Click the “SAVE” button. i.e. In Outlook right click on the attachment and click “SAVE AS”

Installing the RISSNet Certificate double-click on your Certificate file (.PFX icon) on your desktop. The “Certificate Import Wizard” opens, Click NEXT.

Installing the RISSNet Certificate On the “File to Import” screen, click NEXT.

Installing the RISSNET Certificate On the “Password” Screen, type in the CERTIFICATE password: Example Abc123!% Click NEXT Note: Be sure to enter the Certificate password not the Portal password

Installing the RISSNet Certificate On the “Completing the Certificate Import Wizard” screen, click Next.
