 Unit of Measure – used for charging weekly or monthly amounts for project managers  Non-recoverable – any items or types that you will use to track costs, but cannot charge back to the customer  Cost Items – mark-up not used as often as types, but can indicate that same % charged on all types in that item

Prepare Invoices  You must fill in the Sales Category or it will not create an invoice  H/B – S/Y/N  Style – D/S

Edit Billing Flag  Used to switch a line from Never Bill it to Bill it & vice versa

Flag Unbilled Job Postings  Used to mark a posted item as having been billed on an invoice  Normally used when one chooses to “Add Lines” in Edit/Cancel Billings to bill early for an item that is posted at a later date  Indicate on which invoice this was billed so reports are correct
