 If you are intending to stay on here for Sixth Form part of the application process requires you to complete one week of work experience which will be during the induction fortnight which begins 27 June WEX will be 4-8 July 2015  You will be required to find a suitable work placement yourself and bring information into school for processing.

 Find out what career path to take  Spend time in a business environment  Learn teamwork skills  Do you really want to work in retail? Find out by going out on work experience By doing work experience it give us valuable skills that employers, universities, colleges, training providers look for when recruiting

 The answer to this is yes....but! All placements that students attend need to be risk assessed for suitability. We have a database of thousands of companies, but if you bring a new company forward we would need to carry out these checks before you attend.

 The earlier you get it organised the better, you don’t want to be sorting out placements whilst revising for GCSE’s.
