Elite Events Jason White

Cost focus broad Our goal is to have a low price while having competitive quality, as an event planning business success is largely based on who you know. The broad approach is because we will offer an extremely wide range of events from galas and weddings to pool parties and class reunions.

Target Market The Target Market for Elite Events is penny pinchers. Not necessarily people who cant afford to pay more but people who see the value in not doing so if they don’t have to. People have a million things to do and little time to do it so they outsource because events must be planned.

Benefits offered Quality event planning at low prices keeping money in the consumers pockets. large array of events tailored to customers needs Use of community businesses for materials needed for the events and advertisement opportunities for said businesses via social media and website blasts in through our own advertisements.

Unique Capabilities Having the ability to offer quality events at lower prices than competitors. Much like frequent flier miles or rewards members having a relationship with local business owners to ensure that they have a steady flow of business through their doors will secure lower prices than competitors and be a selling point to many consumers as well as a great way to advertise local businesses.

Value Proposition The goal of Elite events is to offer a broad range of quality events at a cost efficient price for the consumer. This will be accomplished by using as many local businesses as possible to cut down on shipping costs and by building effective relationships with said business owners to receive incentives for drawing in more business for them. Also by advertising featured products at our events from local businesses we partner with on all social media outlets and company website.
