By accomplishing these goals, we will be able to strengthen musical schools as well as different collective expressions which will lead to the creation of new arenas of participation and coexistence. Departments: Call upon the municipalities, cofinance, arrange processes y advice, accompany and evaluate. Regional institutions: Co-ordinate and arrange processes, advisors and agendas, administer resources and evaluate. Musical Advisors: Design contents and materials, carry out seminars; accompany the process and evaluate.
