Check your balance  1. Your number one goal at work is to:  A. make friends.  B. please your boss.  C. strengthen your skills.  2. Slouching at your desk and frowning shows that:  A. you are enthusiastic about your job.  B. you are a helpful co-worker.  C. you are bored, tired and uninterested.  3. You are more likely to get a promotion if you:  A. demonstrate initiative.  B. break commitments.  C. don’t follow directions.

GOALS  The number one asset an employer looks for when hiring workers is a positive attitude.

GOALS IN ACTION….  Every day you go to work you make deposit or a withdrawal.  These are your actions, words and behaviors that can effect your success in your job. Be Sure they are positive so you’re account can grow!

Deposits  Perfect attendance and volunteering for over time: Shows that you are enthusiastic about your work.

 Absences, lateness and leaving early: Shows you are uninterested in your job. Withdrawals

 Saying please, thank you, hello, and good-bye: Is polite and positive. Deposits

Withdrawals  Making frequent mistakes: Shows that you are careless.
