Current Office Space  Un-organized  To small of a space  It is hard for future campers to find the location  The current roof leaks  Not a secure building

Staffing  I would be able to hire about 4 people  We would have to expand  Be able to work effectively and efficiently

Options  Rebuild a Hole New Building: cost of supplies $25,000 cost for workers $10,000. total $35,000.  Rent out a Different Building: rent 50 by50 office space $5,208 a month space comes with computers and organization tools  Fix the Roof on the Building and get Organization Supplies: cost to repair roof $18,000

Recommendations  Rent out a new space  Stillwater: a 50 by 50 feet area will cost $5,054 a month  All together it would cost 15,200
