Sec Two Promotion Criteria Express Stream: Pass in EL and a % pass in the average of all subjects Pupils who are unable to meet the promotion criteria will be laterally transferred to Normal stream. There is no retention at 2 Express. Sec 2 Express Meet Promotion Criteria Has Not Met Promotion Criteria Sec 3 Express Sec 3 Normal (Academic)
