WORKSHOP OBJECTIVES 1. Review statutory requirements of the FHWA/FTA National ITS Architecture Policy 2. Understand the importance of local coordination as it relates to ITS project effectiveness, as well as regulatory compliance 3. Identify Policy and Technical Issues in adopting and maintaining the National Capital Region’s ITS Architecture
