Page 3 Big Questions: How do we adapt gearbox shaft to valve? Where do we put rotational stop? At valves At input shaft? How do we keep as simple and safe as possible (Inadvertent actuation) 2:1 or 1:1 gear box gear ratio? Torque requirement (plan for big margin) Do we need to include a coupling between gear box and valve? Do we need to thermal isolate gear box? What happens as gearbox gets cold How do we test the system? Keep it simple, robust, safe
