Task 5.2 Integration of IPTV application All the IPTV components have been integrated: The final version of the MSRF integrates the following components: SIP User Agent (for session initiation, receiving adaptation commands and session teardown) RTSP Server for media delivery control: play, pause; Media streamer to send the video content to the user; Media Controller, which manages available contents on the server; MMIF which enforces the adaptation commands. The final version of the IPTV clients was also integrated, which includes the following: Media Controller, which creates the session when the user selects a media; SIP User Agent for session control; RTSP Client, for media control; Media Player to receive and play the video content; Adapter to generate the terminal's capabilities and to update the playing process on successful adaptation responses.

Task 5.4 Trials and Evaluation Till M24 the actions that have been performed are: Continuous testing and debugging of the various modules (Software Debugging) Evaluation of the results and actions that are performed (Logical Debugging) Preparation of the audit DEMO. Targets to be fullfilled: To conduct performance evaluation measurements for various media contents and conditions Scientific Publications To identify the bottlenecks or “weak points” To produce guidelines that will be used to support the business plan.
Audit Demo Two fully Functional Scenarios will be demonstrated: 1.VoIP Scenario 1.Real time codec adaptation at the terminal when the terminal generates warnings 2.MCMS monitoring and adaptation when a RED alarm is initiated 2.IPTV Scenario 1.Real time spatial resolution adaptation at the terminal when the terminal generates warnings 2.MCMS monitoring and adaptation when a RED alarm is initiated
