What does carnal mean? CARNAL: “Anything related to the fleshly or worldly appetites and desires rather than to the godly and spiritual desires.” (Holman) Physical, sensual pleasures of sin, James 3:15 Thrives on worldly lusts, 1 John 2:16

What it Means to be Carnal Under the control of the flesh, Romans 7:14 Sold under sin, 1 Kgs. 21:20, 25; 2 Kgs. 17:17 Ruled, dominated by sin – Servant of sin, Romans 6:12-13
