Methodology  Based on Customs seizures reported through CEN  Seizures made by Customs, joint Customs and Police units, other law enforcement agencies  Analysis of data based on the calendar year (January-December)  Data for the previous year submitted after the end of February not taken into account  Data submission is a voluntary process  Some countries provide either partial or no data  Data quality needs to be taken into account  Findings of the Report do not represent a holistic view on global efforts to combat illegal trade
