Learn your Health Personality and get a jumpstart on your Lifestyle Returns program Highmark’s mobile truck is state of the art and equipped with 20 laptop stations each having internet access.  After discovering HEALTH PERSONALITY, please take a few minutes to fill out a wellness profile. The wellness profile is a self health assessment that covers all aspects of your health and gives you a personalized action plan. The information is confidential and not shared with your employer. Your Lifestyle Returns program beings in September. If you complete the wellness profile on August 12 th and take the Pledge in September you will have the first two steps completed!! Before the mobile event, be sure you have a current log on id and password. This will enable you to enter the truck and immediately begin the Health Personality quiz. If you cannot remember your log on id and password, simply call Highmark Customer Service using the number on the back of your insurance card. If you have never logged on to our website, please do so at at least two week before the event.
