EARTH’S 4 SPHERES Atmosphere is a gaseous envelope surrounding Earth. The oxygen we breathe is an example of a gas.

GEOSPHERE The Geosphere is the Earth itself. Mountains, rocks, and beaches make up the geosphere.
GEOSPHERE EXAMPLE IS THE GRAND CANYON IN ARIZONA.
THE GEOSPHERE INCLUDE THE SAND ON BEACHES.
HYDROSPHERE “Hydro” = water and “Geo” = Earth. The hydrosphere is all of the Earth’s water sources. It includes Rivers, lakes, and Oceans.
