ECTA Conference- Berlin – 6 October 2009 Duration –280 hours –accelerated initial qualification : 140 hours –or specific test (min. 4h theory and 90 min + 30 min practice) Specific emphasis on road safety and rationalisation of fuel consumption Harmonisation with ages in Driving Licence Directive Initial qualification
