To Deliver Higher Productivity We will Build more homes: 80,000 by 2024 Invest in infrastructure Raise the skills of our workforce and get more people into work Help businesses start up and expand Raise HIOW productivity to South East average: a £3bn boost to UK plc Integrate business support, skills, training and welfare systems to support growth In return we are asking Govt. to Guarantee infrastructure funding, support our Housing Delivery Fund and release Government land Devolve skills funding and ultimately the Work Programme Devolve business support and elements of UKTI The HIOW Economy

76,000 units by 2024 Deliver infrastructure to unlock sites Large sites: 3,000 + Medium and small sites (50% of total housing supply) 4,000 additional homes in priority tenures surplus public and, exceptions sites etc. Accelerating Housing Delivery
