Shaded and unshaded nodes represent DEGS and related genes inferred by the IPA software, respectively. Panels K-L provide the top gene networks for all DEGs. For these panels, red and green nodes represent DEGs more and less highly expressed in palatal tissue from Tgfbr2fl/fl;Wnt1-Cre mouse embryos relative to controls.
