Overview of HD3040 MV-WIS The OPTOMIZER HD3040 MV-WIS technology makes it possible to add economical, high-speed, machine vision imaging capabilities to existing web manufacturing operations. This technology detects and categorizes common types of defects that can adversely affect product quality and damage fragile mechanical components in production equipment such as coaters, embossers, laminators, printing presses, and supercalenders. Our machine vision technology provides state- of-the-art processing and sets a new standard for mid range full web quality assurance and control. Our machine vision imaging web inspection technology will help your company reduce overall production costs through reductions in machine downtime, elimination of costly repairs, and fewer customer complaints.

Overview of HD3040 MV-WIS The 3040 detects common faults like holes, dirt, scale, fisheyes, gels, bubbles, hard wrinkles, oil, bugs as well as very subtle defects in specialized coating applications. The 3040 will provide operational and managerial staff reliable and complete production information on each and every grade or roll of product produced. The 3040 provides historical information on production up to and beyond one full year. The 3040 will inform production staff of problematic areas in their production process such as a bad wire, felt, dryer roll, etc that can cause re-occurring faults.
