APPLE Conference- Review Goals: Educate, Empower, Support teams in preventing alcohol, tobacco and other drugs (ATOD) use/abuse Emphasis on the power and importance of the student-athlete point of view Provided education on ATOD and related health/performance issues Speakers on topics including: Impact of ATOD on performance, Drunk driving, Bystander intervention and more Create customized action plan for NAU Athletics
