Guarantee that the Coastal Act will protect my right to camp and recreate at the Oceano Dunes and for our next 3 generations Reward the success that has occurred, and return balance to the SVRA by restoring the acreage back to it’s original size Establish a “No Net Loss” philosophy, so if there needs to be studies or areas developed for mitigation that other areas are opened so there is no more loss of camping and recreation.
