HEZEKIAH'S PRAYER I. THE OCCASION (20:1-2) (2 Kings 20) A. "Set your house in order, for you shall die... (20:1; Acts 17:26; Heb. 9:27). B. The uncertainty of life has a purpose: CONSIDER GOD (Eccl. 7:13-14)! C. It is easy to forget things we don't want to remember: 1. Things left undone? 2. Things not repented of? 3. When the hour comes, many will be weeping (Mt. 22:11-14; 24:46-51).
