Railway infrastructure More than 240 km of railway lines were rehabilitated (track length), more than 260 km railway lines are under rehabilitation After the previous meeting was completed the rehabilitation of Lot1 of project „Plovdiv - Burgas“, section “Mihailovo – Kaloyanovets” ( ) After the previous meeting started works on “Septemvri – Plovdiv” project; modernisation of Sofia central railway station and reconstruction of Pazardzhik railway station Contracts for the construction of IMT in Plovdiv were signed ( )

Road infrastructure More than 140 km of motorways were constructed and more than 40 km I class roads were reconstructed Under construction are more than 125 km of motorways and more than 35 km of I class roads After the previous meeting was completed the project “Kardzhali – Podkova” ( )

Metro 13 new metro stations and 13 km of new metro railways are built Under construction are new 7.6 km of metro lines and 7 metro stations which are scheduled to be completed in the first half of 2015 Around half of the metro trips are made on the new sections

Improvement of maritime and inland-waterway navigation Under implementation are the three investment projects for improvement of maritime and inland-waterway navigation After the previous meeting was completed Phase 1 of BULRIS project ( ). After the previous meeting started the construction of traffic towers in Varna and Bourgas, part of VTMIS – Phase 3 project (16-17 April 2014)
