I come from 3 first nations My Father’s heritage Is Norwegian My Mother is part Romanian I am also Ukrainian, from my Mother’s origins

I will focus on UKRAINE Where is Ukraine? Ukraine is located on the continent of Europe.

My Mother emigrated from Ukraine, and arrived in Canada on an airplane. In other words, on my Mother’s side, I am a First Generation Canadian.

Family My Mother had to learn English. This is why, sometimes, I say “English” instead of “Language” when we do our work. English is NOT the only language. Do you feel that way about “Language”? She met my Father when they were working together at a business in Toronto. My parents had different origins, religions and cultures, but they were able to make family life work out OK

Nuclear Disaster In 1986, A nuclear reactor exploded in Ukraine near the city of Chernobyl. The town that was most effected is Pripyat. The area is still not safe due to radiation No one lives there now, but there are still traces of the inhabitants
