Purpose To demonstrate the capability to create, update and delete a DPAS Warehouse Application Location.

Background Locations are where your items are placed within the facility. Location Types: – Receiving : used for incoming item placement. – Issue : used for storage of Unit Issue items. – Individual Issue: used for storage and individual issue items distribution process. – Intransit: used during the Warehouse Transfer process for a staging location.

Background (cont) – Stock: Used for stockage storage. – Return: used for receiving items as a result of individual and/or Unit Returns. – Disposal: Used for temporary storage of items awaiting disposition.

Situation As the Site Manager at a Region, the Warehouse Officer has asked you to create, update and delete a warehouse location.
