Cesar Ritz, the founder of Ritz-Carlton, established first hotel in Paris, France in 1898. After he died in 1918, his wife Marie continued to expand the hotel name. Moreover, Albert Keller, franchise the name, opened Boston in 1927 and other hotels opened in New York, Philadelphia, Pittsburg, Atlantic City, and Boca Raton. Ritz-Carlton, Boston opened May 19, 1927, and the room rate was only $15. In 1989, Ritz-Carlton was elected to best hotel chain in the United States. After, Ritz-Carlton spread all over the world such as Europe, Asia and Middle East.

References In conclusion, I have been to Ritz-Carlton hotel in Japan before. The service was very good, and stuffs were always smiled at me. I felt very comfortable, and I wanted to come back again. I thought good hotel makes the guest happy and let them come back again.
