Tests Done Skin Scraping for KOH Examination & Culture Area Rubbed with Moistened Gauze & Examined Under Microscope Scrapings Were Inoculated Onto BAP, MSA, EMB, & Fungal Media Ordered UV Exam of Scalp Region Fluorescence was present
