Political Decision By the decree №442 of the President of Azerbaijan Republic dated May 8, 2014 it was established “National Nuclear Research Centre” CJSC under the Ministry of Communication and High Technologies of Azerbaijan Republic with the purpose of peaceful use of nuclear technologies. Cabinet of Ministers of Azerbaijan is approved the Charter and structure of the “National Nuclear Research Center” Closed Joint Stock Company by its Decision dated 3rd December Code of Conduct on the Safety of Research Reactors, 2-6 November 2015, IAEA/COMRSIN, Lisbon, Portugal There are no nuclear reactors and other nuclear facilities in Azerbaijan!!!

Research Reactor in Azerbaijan Code of Conduct on the Safety of Research Reactors, 2-6 November 2015, IAEA/COMRSIN, Lisbon, Portugal The NNRC CJSC has prepared the “Strategic Planning and Stakeholder Survey for the Azerbaijan National Nuclear Research Centre (NNRC) based on Research Reactor” document and presented it to the IAEA and recently on May 2015 received a Review Report.
