Scheduling a Flight Physical Call (707) to schedule an appt – Select option 3 to get the Flt Med desk – Do not use the central appt line They will only schedule one month out so don’t expect to schedule any earlier – Start early if you want to get a Friday appt
Prep Work The day before your appt you must do the online PHA assessment – Log in to the AF Portal with a CAC login – Look for the AF Web-Based Health Assessment – Give yourself 30 mins to complete Take with you – Uniform to change in to – Glasses if you need them – Something to do
Getting There DLI provides a shuttle daily – Call 311 CQ at to let them know you need a ride – Shuttle leaves (be there at least 15 min before departure): 311 CQ at POM – 0300 Medical Clinic at POM – 0330 Stillwell Comm Center at Gigling and Gen Jim Moore – 0400 – You will be stuck at Travis until the last person is done Standard return time is about 1800 It takes about 2.5 hrs to drive – Traffic usually isn’t bad that early in AM – Because they offer a free shuttle you will NOT be reimbursed for any expenses
