CMAS: Six Years of Success The CMAS Center was established in 2001 as a mechanism for transferring state-of-the-science air quality modeling to the community l Serves as a bridge between various segments of the air quality modeling community l Fosters the growth of the developer and user communities l Serves as a clearinghouse of information l Is a hub for education and training about modeling

Analysis and Support l Visualization Package for Analysis and Visualization of Environmental data (PAVE) Visualization Environment for Rich Data Interpretation (VERDI) (This Conference: Presentation by Donna Schwede) l On-line CMAQ Operational Guidance Document l Input/Output Application Programming Interface (I/O API) l CMAQ Graphical User Interface (GUI) – Helps users download, compile, and run the various components of CMAQ l Spatial Allocator – Processing of surrogates for emissions – Creates the inputs for biogenic emissions processing that are required by the SMOKE modeling system
