Module: Media Production Task: Video Project Theme: Time / Memory Title: Mobile Phone Throwback / Evolution Producer: Joseph Ehigiamusoe and Sulaimon Kadir Group C of FW Lecturer: Johannes Maier

Summary/ Synopsis This task is to make a 2-3 minutes video in the context of memory. As instructed, the theme is to be based on Time. To accomplish that we were designated into group of 4, unfortunately the group fall short to 2 members who are; Sulaimon and Joseph. As we brainstorm different ideas, the Evolution of Mobile Phone surfaced but thought it through on how the idea could illustrate the main subject; Time, so a decision was made between us which were to capture the advancement of mobile phones technology base on shapes, sizes, colours and changes in functionality and it’s contents in the last two decades.

Intended Audience The video is produce for wider audience such as students, faculty, mobile phone device user fanatics et al.

Influential Aspect The influential aspect of this project is due to the mass communication of today’s world; the swiftness of connectivity compared to the rapid mobile device evolution. Its very easy to take to take it for granted in passing time as people nowadays just follow fashion and trends. We thought to use this short video to bring back reflection on our memory what may have slowly diminished off our radar as a matter of time.
